DOD Reissues 250 Preamp/Overdrive Pedal

The DOD 250 preamp/overdrive pedal, first introduced in 1973, has made its welcome return to the world of rock and roll.

Housed in the same bright yellow metal chassis with its familiar military-grade footswitch, this pedal is nearly bomb-proof. Like the original, the reissue features one large control knob for volume and another for tone. Its design may be simple, but the sound it produces is nothing short of sweet analog complexity.

Powered by a 9V battery or DOD's optional PS50 power supply, suggested U.S. retail price on the DOD 250 is $89.95.
