Audiotech Guitar Products Announce New Look For PD-1 Pro-Verdrive Pedal

Audiotech, makers of guitar effects pedals and handy switching devices for musicians, have announced the official release of their newly madeover PD-1 Pro-Verdrive (overdrive) pedal for guitar. The PD-1 produces warm vintage and modern overdrive tones with enough gain to push that slightly distorted amp over the edge. In addition to overdrive, the PD-1 can also be used as a clean boost that does not alter your basic tone. "Like our recently made over MB-1 Mid Boost pedal, our PD-1 Pro-Verdrive pedal will also be sporting a totally new look" says company president Eric Roberts.
"However, it will have the identical overdrive circuitry, keeping things warm and tubey" he adds. Designed to be rugged and roadworthy, the PD-1 Pro-Verdrive is housed in a heavy-duty cast aluminum enclosure. The PD-1 features True Bypass switching. One 9V battery is required. It also comes with Audiotech's standard two-year warranty and retails for $199.95
The PD-1 with all new graphics will be available fall 2009.
