March 09, 2004

The BCG VSTi for Windows is no longer "just" an acid bassline synth. With the addition of a two stage multimode filter and a couple of extra tweaks, BCG has become a multi purpose monosynth, producing leads, bass, FX and even percussion to some extent.

Updated features found in version 1.1 include:

  • Two stage multimode filter (LP, BP, BR and HP)
  • Updated MIDI CC# mapping
  • 32 new preset sounds (basses, leads, FX and percussion)
  • On off switches for both delay and chorus
  • Master volume control
  • Fixed CC# 5 occasional crash

A demo version is available for download, offering full functionality apart from a bleep in the audio output from time to time.

The full version costs £15 and available to purchase via the website. The update is free to registered BCG owners. The update will be delivered by email to the address from which it was purchased.
