BSM Introduces Silicon Treble Booster Pedal

July 16, 2003

BSM's new BM-Q Treble Booster circuit is identical to the unit which Brian May utilized during the "mid-period" Queen days.

Brian switched from using his Dallas Rangemaster unit (manufactured in England in the 60's) to a silicon treble booster design to get more bite out of his AC30's. When used with a good tube amp, guitarists will find that only minimal use of the presence control (if any) needs to be dialed in, says BSM.

The BM-Q has the most "bite" of all the BSM line, but still allows transparent tone (covering the entire frequency range).

List Price: $239
