Primarily used to play bass and chordal accompaniment in a conjunto group (traditional Mexican music), this guitar's lowered tuning gives it a rich and resonant sound.

The Lucida Bajo Sexto is crafted from an all spruce top. The back and sides are built with mahogany, while the fretboard is made from rosewood. The Lucida Bajo Sexto also features a decorative rosette and authentic Bajo Sexto strings.
