PRESS RELEASE
Brace Audio Ships DWG-1000-TX Digital Wireless Transmitter for DWG-1000 Digital Wireless System for Guitar
October 27, 2009
Advertisement Brace Audio is proud to announce it is now shipping the DWG1000-TX Digital Wireless Transmitter, at $99.99 US List, as an aftermarket product for their DWG1000 Digital Wireless System, the most flexible guitar and bass wireless system in the world. The Brace Audio DWG1000 Digital Wireless System is the only US-made, ultra-compact, multi-transmitter-capable wireless system that delivers unprecedented, professional-level performance and pristine audio quality for under $150.00 US List. Retailers will appreciate the DWG1000-TX Wireless Digital Transmitter as an essential up-sell accessory for the fastest selling guitar wireless system on the market. Barry Goldstein, Grammy Award-winning producer, states, "Every once in a decade a product comes along that makes everyone's job a bit easier." A working guitarist who relies on multiple instruments onstage can now afford a DWG1000-TX Wireless Digital Transmitter on each guitar for fast and effortless instrument changeover and consistently impeccable audio quality. Brace Audio's ALL™Automatic Channel Selection and Locking instantly and transparently links the transmitter to the receiver when the units are powered on. Each guitar can have its own transmitter and can individually link to the same receiver at any one given time. Eight to twelve systems can be used at a given time. The DWG1000 Digital Wireless System offers a wide frequency response of 10Hz to 15kHz for thunderous lows and crystal-clear highs while providing an operational range of 100-feet from the base unit. Brace Audio technology converts the guitar signal into pure digital audio and transmits it to the receiver using 2.4GHz Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) transmission on any one of over 65,000 channels. During the conversion back to analog, the many problems inherent in outdated analog systems, such as audio hiss, crackle, signal loss, and RF interference, are eliminated. The Brace internal antenna operates much more efficiently at 2.4GHz than UHF/VHF. Furthermore, unlike UHF/VHF systems, by using 2.4GHz, the Brace wireless is useable all over the world. In addition, Brace Audio's unique technology does not use any companding (compression/expansion), which is necessary on other wireless systems to mask their noise floor. The benefit of Brace Audio's non-companding system is there are no side effects such as dynamic mistracking, perceived roughness of the low frequency content (especially noticeable on bass guitar), "pumping and breathing," and other non-linear characteristics that result in distortion of frequency response and signal. Lightweight and portable, the Brace Audio Transmitter and Receiver units are also remarkably rugged. Brace Audio Wireless Systems can be used in any country in the world and include a declaration of conformity, so touring musicians will never have to worry about their wireless systems being confiscated when traveling internationally.
