Schecter has announced the addition of the C-1 EX to their sub-tuned series. The C-1 EX joins the Scorpion, which was released in early 2000 as a dedicated design for todays' aggressive drop tuned sound. Based on Schecter's 'Classic' arch-top design, the C-1 EX features a bound mahogany body, a 26.5" set-in rock maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard inlaid with a striking new tribal design. Factory tuned and strung to low "B" (B/E/A/D/F#/B), the C-1EX yields bone-rattling power. A TonePros locking tune-o-matic bridge is also featured on the guitar along with two Duncan Design Alnico humbuckers and Grover tuners. The C-1EX is available in Gloss Black with Satin Chrome hardware. MSRP: $699.00 A Left Hand version is also available with a $749 retail price. A Limited Lifetime Warranty backs all Schecter Diamond Series instruments. For more information, visit their web site at http://www.schecterguitars.com/.Recent Schecter headlines
