Carvin Introduces C1644 Powered Mixer

Carvin's new C1644P is designed for sound-on-the-go. The C1644P is based on the 44 Series 4-bus mixers with 4 x 300w power amps built into Carvin's Road Warrior hard case.

Protection is provided the C1644P with the Road Warrior case designed with extruded aluminum frame, steel bracing, 16 GA steel corners, heavy steel latches and foam padded lid.

Multiple built-in power amps drive both the left-right main speakers and multiple monitors. 4 x 300w amps feature the DCM high slew rate design delivering power with distortion less than .5%. Each high-current amp delivers its full power at 4 Ohms with a full frequency response of 20 -20k Hz.

The primary advantage of the C1644P is its simple, quick set-up eliminating external amplifiers and processors. And, the protection of the Road Warrior Case allows freedom of transport concerns.
