There are three new semi hollow body electric guitars available from your friends at Dean Musical Instruments. The Chafin series guitars are sure to be instant favorites with their semi hollow compact mahogany bodies, flame maple tops and sophisticated styling. The beauty of these guitars is more than skin deep. Named after Ben Chafin, Dean's custom shop luthier, this series offers a model for everyone. Even the choosiest of guitarists can't deny the rich, bluesy, midrange tones that the Boca, Sarasota and Del Sol have to offer. Each guitar features very player friendly controls, one master volume, one master tone, three way pickup selector and stop tailpiece design. The Boca sports a bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, standard maple top and a mahogany body. The Sarasota has a set mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, flame maple top, bound mahogany body and chrome hardware. The Del Sol also has a set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, mahogany body with multi-ply binding and a flame maple top. This guitar however, features radiant sun inlays on the fingerboard as well as gold hardware. These two options are only available on the Del Sol.
