Roland has introduced the Cube-Series, two new compact guitar amplifiers. The Cube-30 is a 30-watt amp with COSM Guitar Amp modeling and an onboard EFX section, while the Cube-15 is a 15-watt amp with four overdrive/distortion sounds. Both amps boast channel switching capabilities, Recording/Headphone outputs and Auxiliary inputs for connecting to CD players, drum machines and more. The Cube-30 not only packs a 10-inch speaker with 30-watts of punch, but it also has 3-band EQ, COSM Guitar Amp Modeling and built-in DSP effects. The COSM modeling gives users 8 distinct guitar amp models - including "JC Clean," "Acoustic," "Black Panel," "Brit Combo," "Tweed," "Classic Stack," "Metal Stack" and "R-fier Stack." The amp's onboard EFX section offers chorus, flanger, phaser and tremolo. There's even independent Delay/Reverb processing which can be combined with the onboard EFX. An optional footswitch can be used to control the EFX processor and to switch amps from clean to overdrive/distortion. The Cube-15 is a 15-watt guitar amp with an 8-inch speaker. This compact, two-channel amp offers four BOSS overdrive and distortion colors, including "Overdrive," "Distortion," "Metal" and "Metal Stack." Three-band EQ, built-in Recording/Headphone outputs and Auxiliary inputs are also included. Recent Roland headlines
