New 6-Channel Audio Card from TerraTec

TerraTec Electronic has announced the new 6 channel DMX 6fire 24/96 soundcard. This complete 5.1 sound system offers 24 bit / 96 kHz I/O for a pleasing sound experience, and comes equipped with a 5 1/4" front module for additional I/O.

For DVD enthusiasts, 6 speakers can be connected, delivering sound in full DVD surround sound quality. With its 24/96 capabilities, the DMX 6fire 24/96 can also be used in DVD authoring.

Three stereo outputs and one stereo input are featured on the back of the card, and the easy-access 5 1/4" front module provides additional connections, including MIDI, digital I/O (optical and coaxial), mic in, and line in/out. The integrated Sensaura 3D also enables A3D, EAX 1.0 and EAX 2.0 for gamers. The integrated phono pre amplifier makes it easy to directly record your vinyl treasures from record player into PC, and then burn them onto CD.
