Dolby Labs Offers Dolby Lake Processor Training At NSCA Expo

March 02, 2007

Dolby Laboratories is again offering its very successful Dolby® Lake® Processor Training at the NSCA Expo this year.

The event is being held Wednesday, March 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive Resort.

Miguel Hadelich, Dolby Live Sound Applications Engineer, has redesigned the training program this year. The morning session will cover the Dolby Lake Processor hardware specification, front panel editing and the wireless system control. In the afternoon session, Hadelich will cover Dolby Lake Controller v4.2 software, the new KIT989 CobraNet Card, Linear Phase Crossovers, Raised Cosine EQ and Limiter Max™, and will preview some upcoming innovations.

Ervin Grinberg, Dolby Live Sound's Marketing and Sales Manager, says, "Miguel Hadelich knows the Dolby Lake Processor inside and out. The more hands-on experience a user can get with this processor the more they will understand just how powerful and easy it is to use. This training seminar is an excellent opportunity to get the lowdown on this very successful loudspeaker processor."

The cost of the all-day training seminar, including lunch and a free Dolby Lake Controller SmaartLive plug-in (a $250 value), is $350. The Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive Resort is located at 6515 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. Please contact Ervin Grinberg at livesound@dolby.com for registration details.
