Electro-Harmonix Releases Two Classic Designs From 1969: The Screaming Bird Treble Booster And The Mole Bass Booster
April 06, 2009
Advertisement The Screaming Bird is a linear preamp, treble booster housed in our small and sturdy nano die-cast enclosure. Up to 20 dB of gain centered around 1.6 KHz can be added to your signal. It is not an EQ but a specific power booster that pushes your amplifier at the input stage. The single knob acts as a volume control to add gain and a defined high frequency edge that really makes a performance difference.
