Barry Schrader To Perform, Give Lecture At Electroacoustic Juke Joint

Advertisement Barry Schrader will be participating in a new festival of electro-acoustic music, the Electroacoustic Juke Joint at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. It will be held at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, November 9; and at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, November 10. Schrader's Five Arabesques for clarinet and electronic sounds will be featured on the November 9 evening concert, and on November 10 he'll give a lecture on his compositional theory along with an analysis of his work Duke's Tune. Admission for Friday is $5, and free on Saturday.
