Following the addition of the popular Elliot Easton model Gretsch Professional guitar to the Gretsch lineup in 1999, the Gretsch Guitar Company adds the new Elliot Easton Jet Synchromatic Electric guitar, G1570, to their ever-expanding lineup of Synchromatic Electrics.

The striking Elliot Easton Jet has an eye-pleasing metallic green finish and stunning gold-plated hardware. A multiple black/white binding elegantly surrounds the mahogany arched top body. The neck is a three-piece mahogany with white binding on the faceplate. The rosewood fingerboard with Neo-Classic inlays and 22 frets is also beautifully bound. This handsome guitar comes equipped with a new Licensed Bigsby vibrato tailpiece. Bigsby Licensed Vibratos offer vintage effects and use the same designs as the original, world-famous Bigsby Vibratos. A longer 24.9 inch scale gives this guitar a quicker attack that many guitarist will surely appreciate.

Other appealing features of this guitar include two Gretsch Humbucker pickups, a Tune-O-Matic bridge, closed-back tuners, master volume control, bridge volume control, neck volume control, tone switch, and a three-way pickup selector switch.

Elliot, formerly of The Cars and current lead guitarist for Creedence Clearwater Revisited, actively assisted with the development of his signature Gretsch professional model guitars.
