SoundEngine Releases Groove Construction Kit

SoundEngine.com announced a new collection of acoustic drum and percussion grooves: "Groove Construction Kit"

'Groove Construction Kit' is a collection of loops played on real drums by real drummers. Over 300 license-free drum beats, drum fills, and percussion beats are on this CDROM for use in performances and compositions. Most of these samples were recorded directly to DAT through a Neve VR console, using Neumann, AKG, Shure, and Sennheiser microphones. This disk features beats in a variety of styles - including Rock, Slow Funk, Funk, Rap, Country, and Odd Tempo beats.

"Groove Construction Kit" is available now at SoundEngine.com and has an MSRP of $99.95 for the AKAI version, $39.95 for the ACID / WAV version. The ACID / WAV CDROM is in ISO-9660 format, offering compatibility for both Mac and PC owners, and samplers that import WAV files directly, like the K2600, the A5000, the ASR-X, and the Motif. These files are easily dragged and dropped into Sonar, Logic, and Cubase.
