The Heavy Electronics Red Eyes overdrive represents a new versatility within the world of overdrive. Level and Gain controls as expected, matched with an impeccable 6-way voicing switch that allows you to finally sit in the sweet spot for your guitar and amp. This simple and effective switch has endless applications from cleaning up muddy humbuckers to adding fat to single-coils. Clipping LEDs light up based on your playing and glare back in your face when your playing becomes more aggressive. Like the other Heavy Electronics Series One pedals, the Red Eyes features the innovative Voltage Starve Circuit that allows the user to decrease the input voltage from 9 to .1 volts (and everywhere in between). In the case of the Red Eyes overdrive, the Voltage Starve Circuit loosens the rigidity of the overdrive causing it to soften.
