New Acoustic-Electric from Ibanez

The new Ibanez JX70TDB is a couple of hundred dollars less expensive than its MASA acoustic-electric fellow models. MASA guitars, which feature a soundhole pickup Ibanez claims sounds warmer than a bridge pickup, were originally available only in the $699 - $799 price range. But the new model lists for just $499. "And that’s with an arched ash top," remarked Ibanez Communications. "For a guitar with the warm sound easy playability and great looks of the JX70TDB, a price of $499.99 is pretty astounding."
