PRESS RELEASE
LyT Pedalboards Announces the Introduction of 24 Inch Model
June 16, 2009
Advertisement LyT Pedalboards is pleased to announce the introduction of its 24 inch model, which joins the popular flagship 32 inch model to provide a great solution for players with various board-space needs. LyT pedalboards are built from a durable and ultra lightweight wood composite material that is tested to withstand the uses and abuses of regular gigging, without breaking, or breaking your back (the '24' weighs in at only 4 lbs 7 oz.). All LyT boards also feature a convenient second-level tier to allow easy pedal access (and handy, under-tier storage), durable non-skid rubber feet and an extremely low profile (under ½") that preserves the tactile sensation of using your pedals right on the floor- the way most pedals are designed to be used! LyT Pedalboards was founded in 2004 with the intention of bringing a great, handmade in the USA product to the working musician at a fair price, and still strives to keep that ideal alive today. The introduction of the 24 model allows LyT to continue this mission, while providing more options to today's discerning musician. Custom size boards are also available, and will usually be completed at a low price with a turnaround of under one week. LyT is also proud to stock world class Velcro brand hook and loop strips originally designed for high-strength medical applications, and now finally available to the working musician for superior pedal attachment and security. All LyT boards are supplied with enough loop-side Velcro to fully carpet the board and tier, and a generous amount of hook-side Velcro for convenient pedal mounting. Velcro is also available for individual purchase, along with a wide selection of pedalboard accessories, such as gig bags, flight cases, patch cables and power supplies. LyT has been featured in Guitar Player magazine as one of the pedalboard companies to watch, and satisfied LyT customers now number in the thousands, including touring professionals like David Levitt (Alanis Morisette, Rod Stewart) and Vernon Reid (Living Colour). In a world of overpriced hype, and big names, LyT is proud to carry on the tradition of a small builder standing behind a quality product at a fair price. Pedalboards start at 64.95. For more information, visit their web site at http://www.lytpedalboards.com/.Recent Lyt Pedalboards headlines
