Siegmund Guitars & Amplifiers has announced Micro Tube OverDrive, a new pedal featuring a miniaturized preamp tube. (MSRP $249.-)

The Micro Overdrive is a basic dual gain stage, class A tube preamp with a specially designed transformer and filtered DC filament supply for quiet performance. It is possible to bypass one of the gain stages, which turns the pedal into a line buffer with tone and volume controls.

Three selectable frequency boost settings are offered, Normal, Bright, and Full, with up to 50 dB of gain.
