Free "Analog" VST Synth Plug-In

Muon Software, previously known on the freeware scene for their Buzz (a tracker program) plug-ins, is now purely focused on the commercial market. In order to celebrate their move to commercial software they are offering their Muon "virtual analog" synthesizer Windows VST plug-in for free. The Muon Atom is an 8 voice polyphonic software synthesiser with powerful filters and a warm "analog" sound. The Atom fully integrates into the VST mixing environment, as it is inserted like any plug-in (though in an "instrument rack") and directly sends its outputs to the VST monitor mixer.
