NetworkSound Adds AES/EBU Digital Interface to Mamba Digital Snake System

Advertisement NetworkSound is pleased to announce the addition of AES/EBU digital interface to the award-winning Mamba Digital Snake System. The Mamba AES/EBU Digital Snake can be used as a simple point-to-point or split system to transport up to 48 x 48 channels (24 x 24 AES/EBU) over a single CAT-5/6 or Fiber. It can also be connected to a standard Analog Mamba system to mix-and-match depending on your application. For example, you can combine an analog stage box with AES near your digital mixer at the FoH. Clock sync is supported with EXT WC input and EXT WC output. Mamba AES digital snake comes with the same key features supported in our original Mamba such as cable (fail over) redundancy, compatibility with standard Ethernet switches, GbE VLAN, Fiber etc. The Mamba AES is a compact 1U rackmount and fits all your 48 x 48 AES digital audio needs using a single CAT-5/6 cable or Fiber.
