MusicXPC Offers New Portable Computer

MusicXPC's Professional M2 is the company's next step in its quest to create the best and fastest mobile workstation for musicians.

The M2 features two 7200rpm HDs; 1GB of DDR400 RAM; a peace-of-mind recovery utility that reverts the computer to yesterday's, last week's or factory state merely with a few keystrokes; a 17" WSXGA+ wide angle screen and the DVI out that lets you hook up a second monitor; a numeric keypad so you don't have to shift click to control the sequencer; a full Intel Pentium 4 desktop processor that puts performance ahead of battery life; Gigabit LAN to improve workflow and play projects stored on other computers via Ethernet; built in DVD+RW burner for archiving and more. The processor used in the M2 is Intel's Pentium 4 HT 3.2GHz with 512K cache.

The Professional M2 is now available at music retailers such as SamAsh Music, Sweetwater Sound, Long& Mcquade, Korg SoundTree, CEV, ProSound Stage & Lightning and West L.A. Music.
