Puremagnetik Releases Blip for Ableton Live, Kontakt and Logic

Advertisement Puremagnetik has released Blip — a unique collection of instruments, kits and looped beats sourced from the original Atari 2600 sound chip. Blip is now available for Ableton Live 7, Kontakt 3 and Logic 8. Blip instantly transforms the user's DAW into a lo-fi and gritty sound source containing the full sonic palette from classic video games such as Pong and Space Invaders. Each sample program contains raw waveforms from the Atari 2600 that have been layered and processed for use in modern software samplers.
