QSC Opens "Online Store" for Amplifier Accessories

QSC amplifier owners can now order factory-direct accessories and assembly kits online at www.qscstore.com.

The online Order Center, maintained by QSC's Technical Services Group, allows customers to browse descriptions and view photos of a variety of signal processor modules, bus card adapters, and input and output transformers. These accessories allow users to add built-in crossovers, limiters, EQ, delays, and other processing to most QSC amplifiers, saving cost, weight, and rack space compared to equivalent outboard devices. Internal mounting also reduces cabling and interfaces for increased system reliability, and prevents tampering by unauthorized personnel.

Purchases must be made with a credit card and orders are typically processed within one day.

"Our goal is to make it easier for customers to get quality service quickly and conveniently," said Darrell Austin, Technical Services Group manager. Austin added that the site will soon be expanded to include replacement parts, repair kits, and technical documentation.
