Rees Electric Guitars Introduces D2 and D3 Dive-Bomber Electric Guitars
May 15, 2007
Advertisement The Rees D2 and D3 Dive-bomber guitars extend the product range with a professional quality vibrato bridge model. Using the precision machined Kahler bridge, and Fender LSR roller nut, the guitar is capable of deep dives as much as an octave, with reliable return to perfect pitch. Having rollers at the bridge and nut ensures even string tension at all times, and so no nut clamps or string trees are needed on this stable guitar. Schaller locking tuners provide quick and easy string changing. The body is made of solid mahogany, with a tone chamber beneath a solid figured maple front plate. Every front plate has unique figuring. They can be curly (as seen) or quilted, or flame or birds-eye maple. The mahogany can be stained any brown, orange, or red. The maple neck is of industry standard removable size. A pau ferro fret-board is standard, maple and other fret-board woods are available. A double truss rod is conveniently adjustable from the side of the neck near the body. The frets are finished by hand to a very high standard. There is a volume control; tone control with push-pull coil-split switch; and 5 way pickup selector switch. Features:
