Pre-Configured Computers from Sound Chaser

Sound Chaser has announced the GigaDAW TK1, ProDAW and C-BOXX, the first of a new line of turn-key, ready-to-ship computer systems. The new models benefit from Sound Chaser's years of R&D with custom configurations, and feature a consolidated, standardized manufacturing process.

Currently shipping models in this series are:

GigaDAW TK1 – A 3U Rack-Mountable Sampling Workstation based upon Tascam's GigaStudio software sampler, featuring a removable drive bay and 3GBs of Included Samples. Available with Digital or Analog I/O.
ProDAW – A high-end Production System developed for Steinberg's Nuendo software. Housed in a 4U Rack Chassis, the ProDAW features dual Pentium processors, a 160GB RAID disk array, up to 48-channels of I/O and a removable hard drive for project back-up.
C-BOXX – A space-efficient Digital Control System for today's most popular digital mixers and recorders, utilizing Visualizer and C-Console software from C-MEXX.

Sound Chaser President Paul Erlandson states, "In response to the needs of our customers for standardized solutions, the pre-configured line allows us to make our manufacturing process more efficient and consistent, resulting in a more reliable, cost effective product."

Other advantages to the pre-configured line include enhanced documentation, improved support, risk-free software version and Operating System upgrades, quick order fulfillment and product replacement, and inter-operability with other studios. Sound Chaser's pre-configured systems will also be available at select dealers within the U.S
