Stanton Magnetics Aquires KRK Systems

Stanton Magnetics, LLC of Hollywood, FL has announced the acquisition of the name and assets of KRK Systems, Inc of Huntington Beach, CA. KRK is a leading manufacturer of high-end passive and active studio monitors.

Stanton Magnetics, LLC is a manufacturer and distributor of professional DJ equipment, such as phono cartridges, headphones, mixers, turntables and CD players.

A new management team will be appointed, and manufacturing of the highly acclaimed KRK speakers will resume. The facility in Huntington Beach will also be used as a West-coast distribution center for Stanton products.
