Syntrax is a music package created for the mobile phone. Syntrax runs on Symbian phones as well as the PocketPC. Even though mobile phones have limited resources, Syntrax is designed to deliver all the features the modern musician expects from a mobile pocket studio. The core of Syntrax is it's compact soundengine which delivers sound synthesis and sample playback. Syntrax enables the musician who is away from his/her studio to be able to experiment with sounds, and doodle musical inspirations any time, anywhere. Features:
Syntrax has been tested on: Sony Ericsson p800, p900 and p910i, the Motorola A925 UMTS phone and all PocketPC brands. A Symbian Series 60 version (Nokia 7650,6600,6620,7610,N-Gage and Siemens SX1) is in the making and will follow shortly. Syntrax costs $20. A demo version is available.
