Ibanez Introduces TA25A Acoustic Amp
December 02, 1999

Ibanez recently introduced its new Troubadour TA25A watt acoustic guitar amplifier. It features a specially designed cabinet with a tuned port and high frequency tweeter to reproduce the full warmth, sound, and sparkling highs of an acoustic guitar. The amp can also enhance the guitar's sound with it's built-in reverb, switchable chorus (with speed control), and three-band EQ. The TA25A is also able to serve double duty for singers since it offers a microphone input (both 1/4" and XLR connectors) in addition to the guitar input. There are actually two discrete channels within the amp, where both the guitar and vocals can have reverb added, but the chorus and EQ settings apply only to the instrument channel. Specifications:
