Tiki Records Releases "Traditional Hawaiian Percussion Vol. 1" Sample And Loop DVD

Tiki Records is proud to announce the release of "Traditional Hawaiian Percussion Vol. 1". This DVD consists of meticulously sampled authentic Hawaiian implements for EXS, GarageBand and NI Kontakt samplers. The first of it's kind, Tiki Records attempts to bridge the gap between native Hawaiian music and todays Digital Audio Workstations.

With quality in mind, Tiki Records sampled each nuance of every implement. From hand slaps on the bottom of an Ipu, to the pounding of a 5 foot bamboo Ka'eke'eke on the ground.

Recorded in stereo with no processing, the samples have a very natural feel. The loops were recorded the same way and are a perfect match to the instruments. The loops of basic Hawaiian and not so basic Hawaiian beats are recorded live and not programmed. For anyone interested in using implements in your sequences or just want to add a Hawaiian flavor to your mix.
