Tonerider Pickups Featured In Latest Redback Guitars

The latest F Series Electric Guitars from Redback Guitars are to be powered by Tonerider pickups, the fast growing Sydney, Australia guitar maker has confirmed. This latest product line will feature a range of Tonerider pickups including the Generator and Rocksong humbucker models, Classic Blues single coils and Tonerider's flagship product — the Rebel 90 — a P90-inspired pickup that fits in a standard humbucker route.

The F series is Redback first bolt-on neck guitar series and feature a chambered Queensland maple body with a 25.5 inch scale on a compound radius fingerboard.

Rodney Chan, co-founder of RedBack has this to say about the Rebel 90s: "The sound is supercharged single coil — Fat mids, gritty and with plenty of bite. There's no harshness here at all thanks partly to the Alnico II magnets. It's just about the perfect pickup for this guitar"

This is the first collaboration between Tonerider and Redback which both companies confidently expect to kick off well. Tonerider's plan to work with more musicians and luthiers is in the roadmap for this year and working with Redback is the first step.
