Nady Systems has announced their new UHF wireless system for bass guitar. The new U-33B is a wireless specially designed for bass players and operates on single frequencies in the UHF band. The U-33B features enhanced headroom for maximum possible clarity and distortion-free audio (even with high output active pickups), as well as a unique user adjustable Bass Boost control for dialing in the exact desired bass punch and presence missing in standard wireless. Full operating features include: Nady's proprietary companding circuitry for 120dB dynamic range; DigiTRU Diversity for optimum range and dropout protection; A-B antenna LED indicators; unbalanced 1/4" and balanced XLR outputs (for bass amp or direct mixer feeds, or both); external mute (squelch) adjust control; rugged half-rack receiver design; and convenient operation with 3 AAA Alkaline or NiMH batteries. The U-33B is now shipping. For more information, visit their web site at http://www.nady.com/.Recent Nady headlines
