PRESS RELEASE
Mike Lull Announces New V5 Bass
December 21, 2003
Mike Lull's new V5 model bass continues the "vintage vibe" that the company is known for. The 35" scale V5 ($2799.00) comes standard with a Swamp Ash body and Brazilian Rosewood Fingerboard. The V5 has passive electronics and utilizes custom wound Lindy Fralin pickups to emulate the punchy sound of the early 60's. The 21 fret neck has a 1-7/8" nut width with a shallow "C" profile for that "broken in" feel. Two graphite rods help to eliminate dead spots on the fingerboard and a contoured neck heel gives the player easy access to the upper register. Hipshot Ultra-lite tuners are used to keep it all balanced and a vintage style pick-guard rounds out the package. Available with a Maple fingerboard and fretless lined or un-lined Ebony fingerboards ($100.00). Custom case is $125.00 For more information, visit their web site at http://www.mikelull.com/.Recent Mike Lull Custom Guitars headlines
