macProVideo.com Releases Color Tutorials & Free "Switchers Guides"

macProVideo.com announces the release of a new line of free "Switcher's Guides" covering the upgrade progress between popular software applications including GarageBand to Logic, and iMovie to Final Cut Pro. According to macProVideo.com's director Martin Sitter, "Many of our members are experienced computer users upgrading their skills to more powerful software applications. For example, people using our Logic tutorials often have experience making music in Garageband first. Similarly, many Final Cut Pro users cut their teeth in iMovie. The free Switchers Guides are designed to make upgrading easier by transferring the user's existing software skills to a new application."

The following Switcher's Guides are available:

• GarageBand to Logic
• iMovie To Final Cut Pro
Each Switcher's Guide is created by a leading industry educator, including Apple courseware designers Michael Wohl and Martin Sitter, and touring Apple presenter Paul Garay.

Additionally, macProVideo.com has released a new Apple Color tutorial called "Color 101: Core Color" by Michael Wohl. This 3 hour tutorial covers all aspects of primary and secondary video color correction, including removing video haze, spot-correcting specific colors, and motion tracking so secondary color correction sticks to it's intended target.
